REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent command in the English language. Other languages are an added advantage.
  • Excellent communicator, personable.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities and be able to execute duties efficiently with minimum supervision.
  • Preferably with a strong background in management, public relations or education.
  • Minimum qualification of a Degree.
  • IT savvy and well versed in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for after school programmes, ECAs and ad-hoc events.
  • Point of contact for parent-students affairs for after school programmes & ECAs.
  • Manage teaching and admin staff from timetabling, classroom arrangements, assignment of duties, staff training etc.
  • Build excellent rapport with staff, parents and students.
  • Stay up to date in the education industry with the latest policies and updates from MOE and Cambridge UK.
