Responsible to supervise, coordinate, and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations of sports facilities, events, and activities.
Act as the first point of contact with the organiser for the sports and team related activities.
Lead the school team in external competitions.
Responsible for school team preparation programme, pre-games team camps and final preparation camp.
Liaise with PIC on the provision of sports-specific games clothing and/or equipment, training and transportation arrangement.
Provide reports and results to the Head of Department.
Monitor school team training after school or during weekend.
Assist in intra-school, inter-school and inter-house sports and extracurricular activities competitions.
Keep proper records of all sorts of collections and billings.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree related to sports management.
Experience in managing school teams, and supporting elite athletes.
Display an ability to work both collaboratively and decisively with staff, students and parents.
Well-developed skills in time management and organisation including the ability to work independently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate and resolve matters between parents, students, staff and the broader community.
Be fully cognisant of the need to work outside normal school hours (before and after school and weekends) as required.
Commitment to achieving best practices.
Positive and flexible attitude.
Good in Google Sheet or Excel.
