Job Descriptions

We are looking for an experienced Services Product Manager to join our Offer Manager (OM) team with a track record of successfully creating and launching products and services, whilst being customer focused and technology savvy. Whilst the Offer Manager will support our complete portfolio of services, their main focus will be to work with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and grow our service offerings within our channel market. They will be responsible for creating new sources of revenue for our company through service design, development, launch and maintenance. This includes managing the service offering throughout its lifecycle (inception to cancellation and end of support lifecycle); Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to gather customer requirements; defining the services strategy; and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions.

Candidates must be :

  • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
  • A self-starter with good communication skills
  • Creative and highly analytical
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Feel at ease presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Easily adaptable to new processes and new ways of working in order to meet the ever changing needs of our customers
  • Have the ability to influence decision makers, ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met/exceeded.

Basic Requirements

Major Duties & Responsibilities of the Services Product Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Familiarize yourself with company’s product lines and service offerings and their impact on our customers and market as a whole
  • Define, develop and deliver new product attached services and subscription services that support organization’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Drive awareness and increase attachment rates of our current and new service portfolio
  • Build relationships and identify stakeholders across the organization as it relates to your assigned portfolio of service offerings
  • Assess service-related customer and company needs, opportunities and pain points, and develop business cases, strategies and roadmaps to address them
  • Partner with Go To Market and Marketing teams to develop value propositions, positioning and messaging for your service offerings
  • Develop business cases that include in-depth financial analysis, projected returns on investment scenario modelling, pricing and pricing strategies, etc.
  • Participate in data-driven, cross-functional prioritization processes
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver your approved service offers/products.  Typical engagement involves teams from Product, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, Training/Documentation, Order Administration and third parties.
  • Demonstrate strong product management discipline, adherence to defined processes and continuously looking for opportunities to introduce efficiencies.
