Assistant Manager/ Manager in IT Audit located in KL

Your new company

You will be joining one of the most prestigious MNC Accounting Firm that has been in existence for more than 100 years! Their office is strategically located in KL and easily accessible via public transport. As the team is expanding to serve their diverse client portfolio, they are looking for an Assistant Manager/ Manager to join their IT Audit team.

Your new role

• You will be responsible to lead and execute the IT Audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, focusing on system change management, system development and IT operation.
• You will assess the design and efficacy of the client’s IT controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will foster a deep understanding of the client’s business landscape and market dynamics to facilitate the development of lasting client relationships.
• You will provide guidance and share knowledge with the team member(s) during the Audit engagements.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of IT Audit experience for Assistant Manager and 5 years for Manager
• Preferably have obtained CPA, CISA or CIA
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple audit engagements at the same time
