工作职责:

  • 处理客户订单和安排下单去各烹饪单位
  • 处理客户付款包括信用卡，线上和现金付款
  • 使用和操作销售 (POS) 系统进行交易
  • 迎接并引导客人到他们的座位上
  • 帮助解决客户投诉
  • 了解菜单以及销售和促销政策
  • 接听顾客电话或预约
  • 在工作开始前和结束时清点全部付款，线上，现金来平衡现金抽屉和当天结账
  • 保持结帐与服务柜台区域干净整洁

工作要求：

  • 能讲英语、华话和当地方言。
  • 擅长数学和客户服务。
  • 具有1年餐饮行业工作经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

  • Key-in customer’s order and process order to appropriate section/department
  • Process credit card payments, accept cash payments and make change
  • Use & operate point of sale (POS) system for transactions
  • Greet & lead guests to their seat and table
  • Help resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and sales & promotion policies
  • Receive call or reservation from customer
  • Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout area

Job Requirements:

  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin and local dialect.
  • Good in mathematics and customer service.
  • Preferable have 1 year working experience in F&B industry.
