Responsibilities:

• Responsible to answer phones and email service requests.
• Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve end user related issues with desktops, printers, applications, servers, network, Enterprise Applications, Manufacturing Applications, and telephone network application.
• Responsible for leased equipment management, including renewal, expansion, troubleshooting, etc.
• Responsible to escalate support issues to appropriate IT teams when Service Desk Analyst can’t resolve issue.
• Assist the Technical Services team with project and any tasks related as per request.
• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work. environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
• Good understanding of ITIL standards
• To perform any other ad-hoc tasks from time to time as required from the management.

Requirements:

• Computer-related majors, bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in IT desktop service management.
• Familiar with *SharePoint* portal site and Windows operating system.
• Fluency in English communication, able to coordinate and follow up matters and solve problems with overseas personnel in telephone/conference communication.
• Well verse of dual language in both English and Mandarin.
• Those with experience in handling operation and maintenance service system construction are preferred.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational coordination and analysis and judgment ability
• The candidate is willing to be based in Dongguan, China.
