• Diploma / Degree – Must be majoring in Information Technology/Network/IT Infrastructure/ Any Computer Science disciplines

• Only open for fresh graduate and jobless.

• Training will be provided

• These IT Support positions will provide exposure to networks, operating systems, IT infrastructure and client service environments.

Optional Skillset:

• 0 to 2 years of Global service desk experience.

• Any Knowledge or experience in excellent customer service no matter what industry

• Knowledge or experience in handling calls to support customers and resolve issues with stipulated time

• Knowledge or experience in handling issues related to Outlook, Skype, VPN, Citrix, Desktop, Etc.,

• Knowledge or experience in handling AD account lockouts Password resets basic software installation requests etc.

• Knowledge or experience in using ServiceNow ITSM tool for logging tickets

• Good with Microsoft-based operating systems especially Windows 10.

• Knowledge; experience or a qualification in the ITIL Framework

• Knowledge or experience of processes to keep improving service

• Knowledge or experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations

• Knowledge or experience of maintaining a great service across different time zones

• Knowledge or experience of the Microsoft 365 suite

• Knowledge or experience of security tooling and of protecting networks that link to client devices.
