We are looking for some fresh graduates or interns seeking industrial placements to join our fun and nice company. During the internship period, your responsibilities will be :

Job Descriptions :

  • To assist on all HR and administrative duties.
  • Work closely in all phases of the recruitment process, by establishing and feeding recruitment files and arrangements for interviews.
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regards to statutory regulations.
  • To perform outbound calls to prospective customers through telephone equipment and other mediums such as SMS for promoting our company services.
  • To track and follow up on the assigned leads with regular updates on call progress.
  • To post and market our range of products which provided by all existing and new customers on e-commerce sources.
  • To attend an appointment and meet up with Landlords, Buyers or new Clients for Rent or Sales & Purchase of the Property purpose, if needed.
  • To handle admin works after services such as filing, preparation of agreement, stamping and etc.
  • Confidence presenter. To ensure all the customers’ requirements and specifications is clearly defined and delivered.
  • Work towards achieving sales target and KPI consistently. Customer base will be provided.
  • Any other duties assigned by The Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

  • Able to start working immediately.
  • Fresh graduates and Internships are welcomed to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any field.
  • No work experience(s) required. Minimum internship three to six months duration with aged 23 above.
  • Proficiency in the use of Computer, Microsoft Offices and website.
  • Good oral and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized and hardworking.
  • Able to adapt to new environment including learning new processes and system.
  • Pleasant personality, patient and polite.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to speak with Clarity.
  • Result-oriented, sharp in numbers and resourceful.
  • Have a desire to learn, try out new ideas and frameworks.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Bandar Rimbayu / Bukit Rimau / Kota Kemuning / Klang / Subang Jaya.
  • Possess own transport to work is required.
  • Full Training will be provided.
