Job Responsibilities:

• Be competent and well-versed on all institutions and its programs‘ offerings represented by the Company;
• Attend to prospective students and parents by guiding them in choosing the right institutions and courses;
• Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email enquiries, incoming calls and leads from recruitment activities in a prompt and effective manner, to ensure all enquiries are successfully converted into applications;
• Provide assistance and advice on submission of course application, visa application, accommodation, scholarship, travel arrangement and any other after-sales service;
• Plan and participate in student recruitment activities, such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops and others;
• Work closely with the Marketing Team in developing creative and impactful marketing materials, advertisements, etc.;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field;
• At least two (2) years of relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply);
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English ; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
• Strong negotiation, customer service and relationship management skills;
• Able to work independently with least supervision as well as part of a team;
• Possess own transport;
• Available positions at different offices located at: (i) Centrepoint, Bandar Utama – Petaling Jaya / (ii) Sunway Geo Avenue – Subang Jaya (Please indicate the location that you are applying to in your job application.)
