Responsibilities:
Provide effective counselling & application service to students & parents who are looking for the Universities & Schools in UK, Australia, NZ, Canada or USA
Promptly follow-up on leads, course applications, enrolments via zoom, chats, phone, email, online channels and social media platforms
Assist with student applications, university enrolments & pre-departure matters
To support company in other marketing & recruitment related activities such as in overseas roadshows, efairs, career fairs / physical fairs and workshops
Requirements:
Experience in similar role as an overseas education consultant will be preferred
Able to handle enquiries effectively thru phone or online
Proactive with a positive attitude
Motivated and responsible
