KETERANGAN JAWATAN KOSONG
Daily administration of the Student Affairs Department.
Organizing students’ related activities such as induction programme and community projects for the Institute.
Advising students on matters related to accommodation, scholarship, competition and collecting students’ feedback.
Supervision and coordination of the students’ clubs and societies / extra-curricular activities.
General counselling of students if necessary.
Communication with parents related to student affairs matters when the need arises.
Provide general information to public (walk-in, call-in, education fair, school visits) when assistance are needed.
To provide main support for Registry related to International student affairs matters and etc.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Administration or any field. However, fresh graduates may also apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Good problem solving skills and is a team player.
Knowledge and skills in using computer software (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, etc).
Able to work with minimum supervision and able to multi task.
