Responsibilities

• Prepare full set accounts of direct and indirect subsidiaries of the company, which include monthly accounts, quarterly reports, and statutory financial statement.
• Perform consolidation of local and oversea companies group in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, Group Accounting Policies, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare tax computation in compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Prepare annual reports workings to prep for statutory accounts.
• Prepare and update SOP, Accounting Manual, SAP Accounting System Manual, Transfer Pricing Documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting and etc to maintain proper filing/ record.
• Liaise with external auditors and facilitate timely completion of statutory audited financial statement.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior to ensure operational efficiency.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Public Listed Company or in management firm with experience in handling

Public Listed Company

• Experience in using SAP Accounting software is most welcome.
• Consolidation experience is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
