Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales and profitability for the total modern and general trade channels: international and local key accounts, wholesalers, traditional trade throughout Malaysia
To develop & manage market for F&B products, such as sandwiches, ready to eat meals (local & western cuisine & etc) and to sell to retail markets (i.e.: Mynews, Petrol Stations, 7 eleven, café & etc)
Build up businesses through new customers and accounts expansion while maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
Accountable for achieving the company sales/margin target within the allocated budget
Initiate, analyze, propose, manage, drives and monitors all aspects of all trade promotion activities to ensure trade spend are well planned, allocate and use effectively and efficiency and ensure sales execution are in line with marketing objectives
Develop, execute flawless annual business sales plan, strategies and marketing promotional activities
Responsible for trade calendar and monthly sales action plan
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts
Ensure healthy inventory with healthy shelf life of stocks
Translate the commercial/marketing plans into commercial actions for the relevant channel and group of sales rep/wholesaler
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
Preferably Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Manager with at least five (5) years of relevant working in FMCG/RTE industry.
Demonstrated successful sales track record in both modern and general trade channel within FMCG/RTE industry
Strong commercial acumen, analytical, account development and managerial skill
Strong communication skills both written and oral in English. Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage
Based in KL and possess own transport with valid driving license, willing to travel business trip within Malaysia when necessary
