Job Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned commercial portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and team targets.
Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
Acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including but not limited to:
Trade
Forex
Cash Management Solutions
Job Requirements:
A recognized degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in banking industry
A minimum of 5 year of credit and marketing experience in commercial banking business loans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture
Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank
Possess own transport
