Job Summary: As an IAM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing roles and access of users to a variety of applications for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities: · Process requisition for ID management account provisioning and deprovisioning. · Ensure IAM requests are resolved within SLA. · Assist with User Access Review activity to ensure the access granted to users are in order. · Provide L1 & L2 support for end-users related to ID management. · To identify and escalate issues related to ID management. – Involved in IT project (related to end user service)
Job Requirements: · Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. · Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English. · Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. · Desire to learn, working in a diverse environment and interacting with multiple teams.
