Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead the UIUX workstream.
  • Provide business requirements and designs align with UI/UX style guides and framework according to the Banking standard.
  • Work within the multiple squads to design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. 
  • Key contributors in ensuring design fit for targeted user personas.
  • Bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Technology to derive UI/UX solutions.
  • Clearly articulate and defend your design decisions in front of vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Presents design concepts at stakeholder review meetings and engage relevant meetings/sprints in order to come up with a better design.  
  • Implement design patterns, style guides and accessiblity guidelines, while contributing to their continuous improvement
