Description

• Study, plan, develop, and implement tailor-made application systems for both client and in-house use, which includes full development process from identifying user requirements to planning user journey to designing, coding, debugging and documenting system structures and procedures, including improvements from time to time.
• Design the web and application to meet the business requirements.
• Manage database systems.
• Troubleshoot all application queries and issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure service levels are met and achieved to the highest user/client satisfaction.
• Provide training and technical support to system users.
• Support any other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Need To Have

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): *******, C-sharp, VB, MS SQL Server, User Experience Design, Web Design.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is highly recommended for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
• Others: End user oriented, expert IT skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, aptitude for learning new technology, deadline driven, good communication skills, able to work independently and in teams.
