What you’ll be doing
To carry out installation, repair, maintenance of parking equipment and facilities on-site.
Perform site survey to determine serviceability.
Ensures parking equipment are in working order and reports any issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, running test of connectivity problems during site visit.
Response to user’s queries in a professional and timely manner, address customers technical issues remotely.
Other related duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
Candidate with Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/mechanical or equivalent.
Preferably at least 2 years experience in this field and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment.
Knowledge of AC & DC power supply and three phase power supply.
Ability to work independently to troubleshooting and repair equipment with minimum guidance.
Good in reporting and on-site handling skill.
Willing to travel outstation anytime when required.
Preferable candidate that good in English, Bahasa Malaysia both speaking & writing.
