Description

1. Current foreign worker recruitment
• Existing foreign worker (FW whom is agree to continue work permit)
• Register Fomema & arrange for medical checkup (yearly)
• Insurance – MPI Generali through Le Risk the agent (After FOMEMA result is confirmed FIT)
• Permit renewal – ePLKS (After FOMEMA result is confirmed FIT and insurance has been renewed)
• Special pass (apply when FOMEMA is confirmed unfit and to appeal the result or the work permit is overdue) – one-time only
• Make police report – if FW is absconded
2. FW Resignation
• To do comparison of purchasing the flight tickets. At from 3 flight agencies and get approval from the CEO
• To raise payment requisition to purchase the flight ticket after CEO approval
• To apply COM letter from ePLKS website
• To arrange FW to be sent to the airport accordingly
• To ensure FW is departure safely
3. New foreign worker recruitment
• Preparation of document to submit to the agent or government bodies
• Represent the Company for new hiring matters – interview, submission & collection of related documentation
• Update foreign worker passport & permit details in the master list
• Register permit, passport, IG & SPIKPA inside ePLKS, PERKESO & any other related website
• FW clearance at the airport upon arrival
4. Foreign worker accommodation
• Update accommodation data records
• Search new hostel for FW; if required
• Prepare rental payment to raise the payment requisition to the account department – monthly
• Prepare utilities payment to raise the payment requisition to the account department – TNB, SAINS & Indah water monthly
• Arrange maintenance and repairing issue with the hostel
• Ensure tenancy agreement is up to-date and renew yearly
• Liaise with hostel leader for monthly meeting about hostel & worker condition
• To ensure the hostel to be certified by labour office
5. MPN & Government License renewal – Once a Year
• Manufacturing
• Quit Rent
• Assessment
• Bomba
• Lembaga Getah Malaysia
6. In charge of documentation for foreign worker go back holidays
• Purchase flight ticket, prepare guarantee letter & get leave approval letter
• Ensure FW understand that Company will hold last salary, compound money if not return (RM750 – Myanmar & Nepalese, RM500 – Bangladesh & RM200 – Indonesia)
• To explain to the FW about the balance levy that need to be returned to the Company before going back for holiday – such money shall be returned back to them upon they are coming back from the holiday
7. Company’s Vehicle
• To update vehicle excel record accordingly
• To liaise with the agent Melvin to request for the due to expiry vehicle that need to be renewed
• To raise memo to request payment to renew yearly insurance & road tax
• To purchase PUSPAKOM appointment for lorry inspection in every six months
8. Interest FW matters
• Send FW to the clinic/hospital
• Send FW to renew passport at the embassy
• Send FW to the bank for banking related matters that required passport
9. Uniform
• Order & manage stock for shoes, pants, t-shirts, cap & exec uniforms for all staff
• To get the quotations from purchasing department
• To raise the payment requisition to purchase the uniforms
• To ensure and follow up the supplier about the uniforms
• To administer the uniforms to all staff
10. Recruitment for local operator
• To advertise new vacancies
• To arrange for the interview
• To interview the possible candidates
• To call to any successful candidates
11. Monitoring Cleaner & Gardener activities
• To ensure office cleanliness meet HR requirements
• To ensure factory compound is clean and well maintained
12. Any other task that required by the HOD

It is a fully integrated plant with manufacturing processes from hose manufacturing to final assembly of automotive hoses, catering to the needs of the regional car assembly plants in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, such as Proton, Perodua, Modenas, Mitsubishi (Thailand), Honda (Thailand, Vietnam), Suzuki (Indonesia), ADM (Indonesia), Yamaha (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam) to name a few. Technomeiji Rubber set up overseas plants for hose-assembly only in Thailand (2006) and Indonesia (2010), and a hose-manufacturing plant in Vietnam at end of 2016.
