  •  Assist to liaise with government office including SOCSO, EPF, JTK, Immigration, LHDN, FOMEMA and etc.
  • Handling in foreign worker welfare such as hostel, medical check-up, COM, permit renewal and immigration documentation.
  • Foreign worker passport renewal arrangement.
  • New contract preparation according to foreign worker renewal.
  • Foreign worker’s insurance renewal update & income tax filing.
  • SOCSO and hospitalisation insurance claim for accidents.
  • Handle foreign workers hostel utilities bill
  • Hostel tenancy agreements dealing and any maintenance works required in hostel.
  • Other HR task assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 – 4 years’ experience in HR manufacturing environment with foreigner workers handling.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Good relationship with immigration, KDN, and labour office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Position offer 1 year contract and confirmation will subject to performance.
