Drive New business production for Group Employee Benefit Insurance through intermediaries namely Broking, Corporate Agent, Financial Advisors and Agent channel and ensure Team sales target assigned is achieved.
Follow up on policy renewal and ensure persistency target is met.
Provide relevant marketing Pre-sales and after sales support and services.
Identify and explore potential New Business of assigned portfolios and ensure that productions target is achieved.
Responsible for all quotation negotiation with Quotation team and/ or assist in quotation process, if deemed necessary.
Responsible to follow up with intermediaries for quotation status updates.
Responsible for gathering information, feedback from policyholder and conduct R&D to improve product and services.
Manage balance growth of business portfolio in conjunction with achieving a profitable line.
Develop and build close rapport with intermediaries by providing relevant marketing support, namely training, fast response on quotation and enquiries, join field work, administration, coordinator and employee briefing to the secured account.
Follow up on policy renewal and working hand in hand with Client Engagement team to ensure renewal persistency target is met.
Ensure the credit control and collection for premium promptly.
Handle cross-functional activities and ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior.
Monitor and continually assess customer needs to recommend business opportunities to grow EB portfolio.

Criteria to Meet:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business management or equivalent
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good at relationship building and stakeholder management i.e., managing brokers at all level – management & working level.)
