They are a local construction holding company, acting as a main contractor for their subsidiaries, which is the property developers.
Your new role
As a group finance manager, you are expected to
1. oversee full spectrum of accounting for group of companies
2. Group consolidation
3. Cash flow management
What you’ll need to succeed
A background of construction/ property development is preferred
Group consolidation experience
Preferably qualified
What you’ll get in return
This will be a succession plan to the CFO.
You will be groomed into the future CFO to lead the whole finance team
