Minimum of 10-12 years of combined accounting and finance experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial role.
At least 5 years of experience with Big 4 Audit Firms.
Oversee entire financial operations including the full spectrum of financial accounting, management reporting and tax.
Develop policies, standard and guideline with respect to the accounting procedure, concept and methodologies.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and management information and report for decision making.
Responsible for budget and cashflow preparation.
Provide leadership in the implementation of accounting system and procedure.
Ensure financial compliance with accounting standard, taxation obligation, interim financial policies, and other legislation.
Ensure the execution of and achievement of all expressed and or implied decision by Senior Management.
Contribute to operational and strategic decision making by providing appropriate financial analysis.
Ensure group reporting and annual report timely produced; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.
