1) Lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business. Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy.
2) Identify the underlying trends and business challenges as well as research the variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses. Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Manage the earnings guidance scenario modelling in a timely manner.
3) Ensure integrity of financial data supplied by financial accounting team to internal and external stakeholders.
4) Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
5) Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. 2) Preferably with professional certification such as MIA. 3) Preferably with 1 year FP & A roles within plantation industry. 4) Preferably with strong technical knowledge of MFRS 141 pertaining to the measurement of biological assets at fair value. 5) Enjoys a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
