Our client is seeking a highly skilled & motivated individual to assume the role of General Manager- Corporate & Operations Finance.

This key position will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency performance of our Finance Department.

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assisting the CFO- Collaborate closely with CFO on all financial related matters & proposals, providing valuable insights & support in making informed financial decisions.
  2. Financial insight & analysis. Utilize your financial expertise to deliver in depth financial insights & analysis that drive the business performance of our organization. Monitor financial performance, identity trends, and make recommendations to optimize results.
  3. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge. Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards and codes of good practice. Ensure our financial practices adhere to these requirements.
  4. Stakeholder engagement & communication. Build & maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, investors & analysts. Effectively communicate financial information & collaborate to achieve mutual goals.
  5. Review of Operations Finance Systems. Conduct thorough reviews of our operations finance systems, policies, procedures, & internal control processes. Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency.& effectiveness.


  1. Professional Membership: Hold a professional membership in CPA, ACCA, ICAEW or MIA.
  2. Education: Possess a degree in finance, accounting or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in financial principles & practices.
  3. Experience: At least 10 years of experience, including exposure to both the audit field & a Public Listed Company (PLC) & Manufacturing environment. This combination of experience will equip you with the necessary skills & understanding of financial operations in different contexts.
  4. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent writing & verbal communication skills that effectively engage with stakeholders, present financial insights & convey recommendations.
  5. Ability to work in fast paced environment: Thrive in a dynamic & fast paced work environment, managing multiple priorities & time sensitive financial matters.
