Responsibilities:

• Support IT support services for SAP Enterprise Application with particular attention to customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. 
• Analyze IT incidents raised by users as tickets and/or any other support channel.
• Perform prioritization and provide satisfactory resolutions while communicating with users throughout the process.
• Work closely with business users and other IT team members to define, develop, test and implement SAP modules following ND Paper’s Change Management process.
• Perform root cause investigation and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of the same issue.
• Leverage 8D root cause analysis methodology as appropriate.
• Provide document solutions to common incidents / questions as knowledge articles.
• Perform user training as appropriate user provisioning, security and compliance activities.
• Partner with business and IT to initiate and drive Continuous Improvement and standardization activities.
• Monitor state of support services and make recommendations process improvements.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Computer Science or Business.
• More than 7 years working experience in information technology or related business experience.
• More than 7 years working experience implementing and supporting appropriate SAP Modules.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business acumen. 
• Demonstrated high energy, self-motivated. driven individual.
• Experience working with internal customers to develop solutions.
• Well verse in dual language both English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution skills and the ability to drive consensus.
• Candidate must be willing to be based in Dongguan, China.

The paper and pulp mill investment project in Banting is the largest investment in the state of Selangor and in Malaysia at the moment.
