WW Program Center of Excellence (COE) is an organization within Sales, General and Administrative (SGnA) Finance supporting worldwide channel business.
The COE supports worldwide contra revenue programs and close. This role offers great opportunity to transform our processes into the next generation of automated systems, reporting capabilities while also offering exposure working with global SMG stakeholders to optimize channel rebate programs investment.
At the same time, gain an understanding of Intel Channel business, policies, practices, and financial accounting in order to anticipate and mitigate potential revenue impact.
The successful candidate should have the skills to effectively partner in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively across a diverse audience, and an aptitude for creative problem solving are highly desirable skills in this role.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Driving operational excellence and full compliance with sales, pricing and accounting policies. Strong business partnership ensuring solid execution by meeting quality KPI, contractual obligation and service level agreements.
Understands Intel channel programs rebate objective, reviewing sales eligibility, efficiency to deliver timely and accurate payments
Leads and drives operational controls, program governance, biz process standardization and automation priorities
Leads close and accrual as governed by SOX and BPM including Merger and Acquisition
Guidance to the team for the effective resolution of complex rebate and accounting issues, risk management in biz processes with sound judgment ensuring adequate controls for overall improvement of key controls

Required skillsets:
Strong business partnership, action orientation, attention to details, good program management skills, solid experience in accounting and financial analysis, excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into management level summaries, ability to work both independently and as a team.
Capable to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment comfortable in ambiguous situations with ability to work through various complexities with minimal supervision.
This position requires, at a minimum, a BS/BA in an Accounting or Finance related field with more than 5 years of related experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.-
