ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Assistant Manager (Finance) at Tickvision, you will be serving our international clients with their financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation and transaction monitoring requirements.

Tickvision offers flexibility with respect to working arrangements and hours. Ideal candidates must be capable of working at times with little to no supervision and be willing to support other areas of the business when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of financial reports 
• Bank reconciliation
• Transaction monitoring and risk management
• Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Generate insights about revenue and spending trends, cost-savings initiatives and margins
• Support month and year end closing activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Position open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents
• Degree in accounting, finance or has relevant business experience
• Ideally 2+ years working experience in financial reporting and analysis 
• Knowledge of accounting software systems i.e. Xero
• Experience in or good understanding of the forex, CFD and financial services industry
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to support other areas of the business operations when necessary

GOOD TO HAVE

• Additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian) will be highly regarded
