The Company has multiple vacancies available in various Finance sections.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounting & Finance team to oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the Group ensuring adherence to reporting and financial standards (MFRS, IFRS, etc). To assist in managing the Group’s financial accounts, consolidation accounts and forecast, provide technical support for accounting issues, conduct analysis, ensure accurate Group and statutory reporting, and to ensure compliance obligations are met.

This position reports to the Financial Controller, Finance, Reporting & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Group and Statutory Reporting

  • Prepare and finalise financial statements for statutory reporting to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Responsible for accounting and financial reporting functions in compliance with MFRS, IFRS and Group policies.
  • Review of management accounts, financial and management reports, budget, income/deferred tax computations and other accounting and finance related work.
  • Review and improve the Group’s operational workflows, financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Support the year-end audit process, manage external auditors, timely and adequate follow-up on audit issues, ensuring meeting all reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in preparation of financial analytics, budget, interim/annual financial statements, financial presentation slides and Group/company annual report.

Supervision and Monitoring 

  • Work closely with subsidiaries’ finance team to understand local accounting practices and assist in determining the appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Monitor changes to MFRS, IFRS accounting standards and assess the impact on subsidiary/Group reporting. Provide guidance to subsidiaries’ Finance team.
  • Review subsidiaries management reports and financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and provide commentary on the financial performance.
  • Carry out analysis of business performance, recommends work improvement areas and provide guidance to subsidiaries to optimize team performance.
  • Communicate accounting conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments from accounting and tax perspectives as directed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, MICPA or equivalent) will be an added advantage. 


  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably experience working in medium-sized accounting firm or MNC. 
  • Professional knowledge on financial reporting standards (MFRS, IFRS, etc).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc. and well versed with financial tools, accounting software and applicaations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Results orientated and willing to learn.
  • Ability to cope in challenging conditions and undertake diversified tasks and responsibilities.
  • Committed team player and able to handle work independently.
  • Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient and sound analytical skills.
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
