Financial Data Coordination: Work closely with site Account Executives to gather, consolidate and validate financial data from all sites, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes across all sites, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies. Note: this is an oversight and coordination role; the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable management remains with the site Account Executives.
Monthly Closing Process Assistance: Assist with monthly closing processes by coordinating with site Account Executives to ensure all financial data is accurate and complete before financial statements are prepared at the HQ.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements or reports, providing an accurate and timely picture of the company’s financial status.
Budget Tracking: Assist with tracking the company-wide budget utilization, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved budgets.
SST Reporting: Assist with the SST reporting process, coordinating with site Account Executives for data collection, validation, and timely submission.
Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary point of contact for the site teams on financial matters, enhancing the speed and efficiency of communication and resolution of any issues.
Support to Finance Manager: Support the Finance Manager in various financial analysis tasks, aiding in the development of financial strategies and policies.
Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Literacy in computer, Microsoft Office applications.
Multi-tasking, high commitment and strong sense of urgency towards deadlines.
Immediately available and/or short notice period is an added advantage.
