Job Responsibility:

1. Assist in monthly account closing and month end closing related task on scheduled time in the overall account manner.
2. Ensures accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions are recorded into system in a timely manner.
3. Ensures entries are compliance with regulatory, statutory and internal group requirements.
4. Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matter and resolve queries / problem that arise.
5. Drive the action plan to ensure the monthly entries are complete in the schedules time.
6. Review schedules done by others to ensures complete information in efficient manners and tally to system for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes.
7. Other ad hoc task delegated from time-to-time.

Job Requirements:

1. Must possess at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years full set of accounts knowledge.
3. Must have knowledge in SAP Accounting system.
4. Responsibilities, reliable, initiative and committed.
5. Well organized and able to managed very workloads and work independently.
