Position:  Accountant (Full-Time)

Are you keen to travel and earn extra oversea allowance. Welcome to apply and work with us. On average, candidate have to travel 12 – 15 days on monthly or bi monthly basis to Central Vietnam manufacturing plant.

During non travelling period, candidate is on Work From Home mode (Penang). Flying of in and out are from Penang International Airport.

Assist Singapore Team in managing Accounting Department of SEA factory operation.

Job Scope:

1. Verify and analyze all weekly vendor payments to ensure proper control
2. Review of weekly / monthly payroll payment, reconciliation and preparation of posting entries
3. Document and propose improvements to internal control and processes with operation teams
4. Provide analysis and information on the HQ and management queries
5. Reconcile the Manufacturing report vs Profit and Loss Statement
6. Prepare monthly financial statements, perform monthly analysis of financial reports to the management and including year end account
7. Responsible for annual stock count and stock provision preparation
8. Manage all audit-related matters including reviewing of audit schedules, attending to audit queries, and providing information required by external/internal auditors.
9. Review, coach and manage executives in their job duties accordingly
10. Provide support and co-ordination between the accounting team in different countries
11. Support and conduct internal audit as and when assigned

Job Requirements

1. Relevant accounting degree or its equivalent
2. At least 5 years of accounting experience
3. Preferably with advance Microsoft Excel knowledge
4. Self-motivated, proactive, independent, take responsibility and ownership of task assigned and see tasks to completion.
5. Has an open mind and is a good team player with leadership quality
6. Have the patience and willing to communicate with people of different cultures
