Survey building and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

Perform weekly facilities inspections as and when required

To withdraw job request from job request system and execute effectively

To assist the Facility Manager in performing preparation for the planned maintenance works

Prepare facilities job report for every visit in logbook or in softcopy if provided

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to inquiries, needs and complaints

To ensure repair works are completed in an appropriate manner

Perform maintenance of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems

Perform other manual repairs when necessary of school facilities (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)

Maintain heating and plumbing system to ensure functionality

Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed

Supervise vendors/contractors, ensuring preventive maintenance is properly completed

Assist in the setup of furniture and equipment etc. for sport activities, events, seminars and conduct repair when necessary

Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, …)
