Purchasing & Admin Executive

Jawatan Kosong Purchasing & Admin Executive di [SYARIKAT]


  • To support sales team in documentation works such as invoicing and purchase order through computer system
  • To deal with vendors in tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Prepare cost analyses and conduct market research to identify pricing trends and potential vendors
  • Liase with logistic and warehouse department in scheduling deliveries
  • Process and follow up customers’ sales order and ensure on time production schedule
  • Coordinating office administrative activities and operations to ensure daily business efficiency 
  • To perform banking errands and prepare payment arrangement 


  • Fluent and good writing skills in English and Mandarin as role requires to deal with vendors in these languages
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excels and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use AutoCad will be an added advantage
  • Willing to learn and able to multi-task
  • Pro-active attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Well organised, punctual and motivated
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field (e.g. furniture, purchasing, admin, operation etc)
  • Preferably with own transport
  • Willing to travel outstation within Malaysia
