  • To provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team within a property development company.
  • To streamline and enhance the sales process, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and stakeholders. 


  1. Sales Administration: Assisting in the preparation and organization of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, contracts, and other relevant documents. Maintaining an organized filing system for sales records and documentation.
  2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Managing the company’s CRM system to update customer information, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting. Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
  3. Lead Management: Supporting sales team by tracking and monitoring lead progress and ensuring follow-up activities are completed within turnaround time.
  4. Coordination with Marketing: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns. Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.
  5. Communication and Support: Serving as a point of contact for sales inquiries and providing information and support to customers, both pre and post-sale. Coordinating with internal departments, such as finance, legal, and construction, to address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Market Research: Conducting research on the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team. Assisting in the preparation of market analysis reports and identifying new business opportunities.
  7. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Compiling and analyzing sales data to create regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Providing recommendations for process improvements and strategies to meet sales targets.
  8. Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with customers, real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Attending industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to promote the company’s projects and services.


  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Property Development.
  • Practice in handling sales enquiries, sales documentation and customer loyalty.
  • Possess knowledge in SPA, loan and property sales procedures.
  • Computer literate and knowledge of Wiz, Insoft, IFCA, Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal: communication skills, Independent, pleasant personality and dynamic.
  • Analytical/judgment and decision making
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
