Position Overview:

This individual (PMO) is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various (digital) transformation and business strategic projects delivery and implementation, including (non-exhaustive), mobile / web applications, business processes analysis, reengineering projects which ensure that the company’s processes are effective in delivering delightful customer experience and internal operational efficiency.

Objective of this role:

  • Understanding the business objective of each assignment
  • Tracking and analyzing relevant data to support recommendations to achieve business objectives of the assignment.
  • Designing and documenting the recommended business solution
  • Managing the implementation of the business solution synergistically for multi sales channel
  • Being the functional expert on the specified application (if applicable) and being the sole point of contact between the business users and IT application development specialist / business analyst / vendor.
  • To work with the business to review existing processes and business challenges, in order to identify opportunities for new technology solutions.
  • Managing and monitoring project implementation strategies with the stakeholders in ensuring the delivery of business value add e.g. meeting project ROI.


  • 3 or more years related working experience (e.g. startups, business development, banking or sales agencies)
  • 3 or more years working experience in CRM projects or support functions. Prior PMO (Agile) experience is highly desired.  
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation of business solutions e.g. policies /procedures, process flows, system setting and reporting templates, dashboard etc.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills. Excel, Google Sheets, presentation proficiency highly preferred
  • Eager to work in multi-tasked and fast-paced environments. 
  • A start up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma backed by relevant working experience.
