  • Develop plans to materialize business strategy and analyse business proposals.
  • Lead and manage departmental operation, sales & marketing and A&P.
  • Responsible for all leasing matters; all existing and upcoming projects that involve leasing and to ensure meeting the budget rental income, marketing, canvassing, cold calling, site presentations and site tours to prospective retailers, tenants or brokers.
  • Formulation, implementation and execution of leasing strategy, negotiation and conclusion of tenancies, building effective relationship with tenants and real estate agents, market trends analysis as well as budget forecast and preparation.
  • Responsible to monitor and report on market & competitor activities and prepares relevant weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop existing business by managing the team through market visits and prospecting new customers;
  • Responsible to manage Leasing Plan including product/ tenant mix, rental and budget according to agreed targets given.
  • To manage in all aspects of authority’s approval relating to leasing business – renovation works, takeover/handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties, liaise with consultants and local authority (eg:MBKS,BOMBA etc).
  • Define the annual business plan and spearhead the sales strategy, developing and executing business growth plans to achieve budgeted sales target.
  • Responsible in all tasks related to business strategic development work.
  • Focus on converting prospects into paying tenants and meet the team target of new sales closure
  • Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, managing, and expanding existing customer relationships to maximize growth opportunity.
  • To ensure the successful lease out of the retail properties promotional or exhibition spaces, advertising panels for revenues and in accordance with the standard SOPs.
  • Maximizing profit margin and sales target by creating and managing new spaces to generate income.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales and KPI performance.
  • Responsible for digital contents and intellectual Property management.
  • Creative planning, develop marketing plan and perform A&P activities in making sure the business strategies are performing.
  • To manage, monitor and constantly keep abreast of the latest advertising and promotion trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately in further enhancement of advertising and promotions efforts in accordance with corporate and brand image.
  • To provide conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor various marketing and communication activities to support the generation of revenue as well as development of a strong position for the retail properties in the industry.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, negotiations and develop a continuous business relationship with existing clienteles.
  • Develop and lead existing lead generation digital channels (PPC, Social, Email and messaging) to generate quality leads to support our sales targets and growth.
  • Test and develop new lead generation channels both digital and traditional to generate quality leads.
  • Continually assess and develop the performance of our lead generation channels creating plans to ensure ongoing improvement and positive performance.
  • Implement and manage and report on ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and supervise the production of marketing content including video and animation, web and social media content and printed/electronic customer facing materials.
  • To build the Company’s branding and corporate identity through marketing channels, social media, activities, business events, forum, public communications and CRM.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand strategies to achieve sales targets, from creative brief through to analysis and recommendations.
  • Maximize positive exposure for the Company in media and local community.
  • Oversee the design, editing and publication of promotional materials. Handle and coordinate all marketing collaterals required in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing communications.
  • To establish rapport with tenants to ensure good communications and develop opportunities for beneficial collaboration between retail properties and tenants.
  • Track and report of promotional activities, department budgets and expenses.
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
  • Promotion and pre-launching planning for upcoming projects and assist in preparing marketing plans and strategies and recommendations on suitable support like advertising agencies, brochures, signage, etc and the best and most effective marketing campaigns to launch lease for existing and other developments. This requires relative and artistic abilities, including superlative writing skills.
  • Assist in the collection of rents and control of operation costs.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that stay current with the market trends to meet ever-changing customer needs and ensure competitive edge in the market of F&B.
  • Develop sales and net profitability plans and direct successful implementation across all F&B outlet.
  • Develop active marketing and branding plans for the F&B operations.
  • To perform and execute any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
