Liaise with the landlord to negotiate rate increments, water leaks or other damage claims, agreement clauses, etc. 3. Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operation, and Project & Design on agreements, payment, and fit out for new locations in order to ensure alignment with those departments. 4. Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management. 5. Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears. 6. Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
