KETERANGAN JAWATAN KOSONG
i) Supervise cleanliness of common area (toilets, back corridors, carpark, refuse chambers, staircase, driveways, lifts, etc.) ii) Daily briefing, record daily attendance and record staff temperature. iii) Prepare monthly schedule for cleaning day & night shift. iv) Implement and take appropriate measures to enforce the mall rules and regulations, including illegal placement of materials and indiscriminate dumping of garbage at common area by tenants and/or contractors. v) To check and ensure tenant shop front glass/roller shutter and prepare a report to Operation Executive for further actions with evidence photos / time. vi) To coordinate with tenant if any incident as overflow/leaking in tenant premises. Prepare an incident report after cleaning done. vii) To ensure all sanitization / fogging activities to be carried out as per schedule. viii) Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: i) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. ii) Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. iii) Knowledge in basic general cleaning. iv) Fine attention to detail and high initiative.
