Responsible for the marketing, management, and leasing of the new retail podium.
Carry out market research to identify market segments and prospects.
Liaise with agents and prospects to manage the viewing of lease units.
Prepare and execute all documentation required to secure new leases.
Collaborate with the property management and/or project management team to handle matters arising from the fitting-out phase, where applicable.
Facilitate the handover and takeover of units/properties.
Compile the approved design occupant load and periodically prepare and update the fit-out manuals.
Manage leases, including coordinating the annual budget, maintaining the tenant’s database, and providing monthly tenancy management reports.
Foster good landlord-tenant relationships by liaising with tenants on all leasing matters.
Requirements:
Possess a degree or diploma in real estate, building, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property leasing and marketing.
Resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented individual with a clear and strategic thinking mindset.
Experience in handling land lease matters, along with prior knowledge of local planning regulations and land laws, would be advantageous.
Good communication skills, including excellent interpersonal and people management abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Meticulous, demonstrating a high level of integrity, and capable of working independently.
