• Fresh graduate or 1-5 years post-graduate local experience.
• Must possess skills in 3D CAD design and documentation software 
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• .Solid understanding interior and architectural design documentation.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about design.
• Ability to plan project staging and manage deadlines
• Positive and professional attitude and approach
• Works well under pressure and is self-motivated
• Self transportation preferred
• Offices & positions avaliable both in JB & KL

In your working day, you would:

1.Work as part of the whole design team, taking responsibility for the interiors from concept stage right through to commissioning and handover.

2.Prepare documentation including schedules, sketches, diagrams etc to explain the design to other team members and to the client, approvals authorities and contractors, including coordination of the project team (clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities).

3.Be involved in the quality review of drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues with the project lead as needed.

4.Be involved with establishing and maintaining project objectives and budget, including record keeping.

5.Advise on appropriate selection of products/materials when prioritising sustainable outcomes/budget considerations
