KETERANGAN JAWATAN KOSONG
Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess Structural Steel and/or Metal Works QS experience.
Prepare tender and contract documentation including collection and checking for completeness of documents.
Compile full set of measurement for Final Account Submission.
Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying.
Understanding projects contracts requirement, scope description according contract specification and drawings describe.
Attend site survey, tender briefing, site meeting, if applicable.
Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and relevant authorities etc.
Involve in tender, taking off measurement, sourcing for quotation and costing analysis.
Prepare BOQ
Handle and closing of tender for submission.
Submission of monthly progress claim and progress report to client and resolve clarification.
Responsible for prepare sub-contract agreement, prepare and assess claim cert & payment to sub-contractor.
Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Responsible for the Quantity Surveying, Contract & Project Administration.
Compile full set of measurement for Final Account Submission.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.
Minimum 5 years working experience in QS preferable in construction industry.
Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills.
Able to work on Alternate Saturday.
