Responsible for activities carried out before a customer is acquired. Presales Consultants work closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs
Responsibilities
Actively involve mainly in Presales (and some Post sales activities).
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is gathered.
Support and assist to prepare and submit tenders and RFQs.
To structure and produce technical proposals according to tender specifications.
Provide technical consulting, architecting, solutioning & support in a professional manner.
Able to provide presentation, product/solution demonstration and conduct Proof of Concept.
