Description

Qualification and Education:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or any Engineering field
2. Minimum 2 years in relevant manufacturing field

Responsibilities:
1. Customer liaison
2. Develop, writes, releases and maintains the technical documentations to support production activity and customer or supplier such as Technical Sheet, BOM, Manufacturing Hours, Work Instruction, ERP (WOR and WOPL), Technical Note, EWO, EO, AMR, Manufacturing plan, Bidding, ICY form, EQN or WQN etc. As applicable to respective program
3. Updates all technical documentations as per the latest data configuration, drawing, specifications etc.
4. Update information in ERP systems such as technical information related to WOR, WOPL, and all list of items and materials used by respective program
5. Prepares and maintains the Bill of Material (B.O.M) as per commercial target
6. Ensure the validity and compliance of the product as per product specifications
7. Provides technical training related to manufacturing products to subordinates and other department’s personnel
8. Support Process Engineer in MRB disposition on NCR raised. Involve in root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action st the related area
9. Participate in continuous improvement (QIT/ICC/Mini KAIZEN/ESS) activities to achieve the company objectives related to quality, cos and delivery
10. 5’s and HMS culture as daily working practices

Apart from aerospace manufacturing, CTRM has also expanded into sub and major assembly activities and provides composite testing services, composite R&D and R&T, and composite repair. CTRM diversified its business into composites aircraft interiors, aircraft seats and transportations. In November 2013, the Ministry of Finance Inc. transferred its ownership in CTRM to DRB-HICOM, a Malaysia leading conglomerate.
