Job Description

1. To perform Process Study on FA Analysis for existing responsible products on all reject.

2. To train and monitor repairers on daily rework activities.

3. To support Production in achieving the effectiveness/productivity, output, FOR and quality target.

4. To participate in all scraping audits, coordinate in providing and implementing corrective actions.

5. To assist the Process Engineer / Supervisor in the day-to-day operation.

6. Support and involve in production line improvement activity.

7. To ensure prepare & submit the scrap form which need submitted daily scrap for management approval

8. Carry out any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

9. To support an acting as supervisor if Supervisor & LO no turn up.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Mechatronic / Manufacturing / Electrical / Electronic. 

2. Preferable 2years experience.  

3. Basic computer knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel; possess SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

4. Proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess good analytical & communication skills.
