WHAT IS YOUR ROLE ABOUT?

  • To prepare raw material for pilot plant trial.
  • To conduct pilot plant trial and CIP.
  • To carry out analysis testing.
  • To handle data acquisition & recordkeeping.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of workstation, pilot plant equipment and laboratory.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by supervisor and the management from time to time.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • At least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Food Science Technology or related.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in food industry
  • Experience in ISO Quality Management System and procedures, HACCP, GMP and FSSC will be added advantage.
  • Independent & Good Team Player
