Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for designing steel structure, pressure vessels, heat exchanger and API tank for the company.
• To coordinate all design activities (i.e., engineering drawing, calculations, material takeoff and reporting).
• Liaise and work closely with project engineers, suppliers, consultants, main contractor and other sub-contractors involved in the project.
• Assist in project execution stage (i.e., check engineering drawings against code / client specification requirements), procurement (i.e., preparation of material list) and site work implementation (i.e., liaise with project engineers, logistic and suppliers at all stages, whenever necessary).
• Responsible for preparation of required technical documents for project engineers, client approval and ensure fabrication documents conform to specification, guidelines and contractual obligation.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code or heat exchanger process and thermal design would be an added advantage.
• Resourceful, innovative, analytical, problem solver with a can-do attitude preferred.
• Hands-on person, disciplined, dynamic and self-motivated.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD)
