Description RESPONSIBILITIES; REQUIREMENTS; KARISMA SYSTEM, company number (1112199 – U), has grown as suppliers for the following: VISION Mission
Tendering, creation of technical write up, leading technical submission and steering tender clarification meetings. To ensure timely submission of all tender materials in completion with a high quality output.
Complete system administration, maintenance, uptime monitoring, troubleshooting, remote support, site attendance, rectification and upkeep.
Project implementation, configuration, testing, commissioning, carrying out of factory acceptance test, hardware provisioning, installation, server setup, high level configuration, network configuration, fiber and copper cable patching.
To ensure quality output for project in a timely manner.
To conduct and pass all user acceptance test, testing on completion, performance test, final test and to support finance on project claim supporting documentation
Management of day-to-day tasks to ensure uptime of installed systems by working with site team, support team and other parties such as suppliers, OEM, distributors and similar.
To ensure all SLA obligation are met with a quality output while managing the team.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering in IT / Computer Science / Networking (CGPA 3.2 and above only)
Min 1 year of experience in IT role
Possess relevant IT skill set in hardware and software troubleshooting
Must be customer service oriented with good inter-personal and communication skills
Good attitude with positive mindset in learning and ready to excel
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to see the tasks assigned holistically, break-down the task in detail and follow-through end-to-end
CISCO CCNA certification is an added advantage.
Must have proficiency in IP & Networking
Experience in working with CCTV system is an added advantage
Good knowledge and hands on experience in IT troubleshooting will be added advantage.
Willing to travel as and when needed
Having own transport is Mandatory
Good communication skills and able to work independently
Work location: Mainly in Subang Jaya, Moderate Travelling to within Malaysia
Excellent command in English especially in writing and grammar skill
Malaysian citizen
Full Malaysian drivers license (car) and ability to drive safely
