• Candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree/Higher or equivalent in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ELV, IT, Electronics OR Solution Integration related field
• IT Systems, Networking & IT Products related technical certifications will be added advantage
• Able to communicate in English & BM. Others spoken language will be an added advantage
• To provide support for all IT-related hardware, network, systems, software & solution
• Able to manage IT properties and assets, including hardware, network, systems, software & solution
• To perform routine system housekeeping including server backup and recovery
• Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
• Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist & support in IT Systems installation, configuration, implementation & project rollouts
• Able to communicate with superiors, managers stake holders & customers to troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues and as per company’s issued instructions
• Posses own transport with valid B2 & D driver’s license
