Job Summary :-
To develop software database solutions, using PHP (Version 5.0 or later) and My SQL (Version 5.7 or later), for the company that will increase productivity and automation. Referred to as the ‘System’.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
Assist/support/train end-users on System’s use and operation (via face-to-face, remote learning, phone or software);
Identify, communicate and follow up on bugs, feature requests, down-times, support issues and feedback with the System vendor
Create and supply ad hoc System reports for all departments;
Create, setup, modify and maintain System-related user account data, centre data, student data, course data, item fee data, and other related data;
Plan, design and conduct online/offline System Training for users;
Be involved in User Requirement Specifications (URS), fact-finding, analysis, testing and training phases of new modules or new systems, together with the IT Dept and vendor(s);
Document all task procedures and write dummies guides for reference;
Maintain the user manual and other related training hard/softcopy resources
Monitor compliance for all System-related policies and procedures;
To respond without delay to system breakdowns and communicate with the vendors when necessary to rectify the breakdowns;
Job Requirements:-
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT related with emphasis on programming, coding and database system development
More than 2 years in developing web-based system with emphasis on PHP (preferably version 5 or later) and MySQL (preferably version 5.7 or later)
Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, debit/credit notes, etc., will be an added advantage.
Knowledge or experience with Moodle will be another advantage
Good written and verbal command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently
